Why We Built This Site
New Mexico makes much court information publicly accessible, but Harding County has two local judicial locations with distinct records. The Harding County District Court Clerk in Mosquero keeps district registers and filings. The Harding County Magistrate Court Clerk in Roy keeps magistrate records. New Mexico Courts Case Lookup and registered re:Search®NM provide different levels of online access. The elected Harding County Clerk is a separate county-records office, not the custodian of judicial dockets.
The purpose is practical routing. A person looking for a district setting, a magistrate citation, a certified copy, or a public case result should be able to identify the responsible court office and official channel before making a request.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket routes: the Harding criminal and civil court divisions and their criminal and civil search paths
- Settings: the rolling court-date display and the clerk confirmation route for a hearing date
- Case identification: the local court codes and name or number steps for a case lookup
- Official copies: the district and magistrate clerk channels described under court record search
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource. It has no affiliation with a New Mexico court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits are important:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot promise that a published fee, contact detail, or setting is current at a particular moment
Only the clerk for the court holding the case can issue an official or certified docket or court record. The relevant court office is the source for that document.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain a search box supplied by an outside provider. That provider controls its service, prices, and results. A paid signup through a partner may produce a referral fee for this privately operated resource. The official New Mexico court portals and clerks remain the places to confirm docket information.
